First time home ownership
Getting a new home for 200k in Seguin Texas, 2.6 acres on property and 20 year old manufactured home that has been completely remodeled. I’m 26 years of age and my wife is 25. Credit is fair and we’re looking to get into this home and property. I would advice anything helps
