I’m Getting Back Into Investing With Some New Tips and Idea I’ve Recently Learned About Contract For Deed,As Well As Subject To, I’m Currently Working My 2nd Deal And Would Like Know If Any Experienced Investors Have Been Able To Raise Private Money For Deals Like These As A Way To Scale Their Business?

In Michigan, we call a "Contract for Deed" a Land Contract. There are even state statutes that reference Land Contracts.

What would you actually do with the funds?

How are you going to make a profit?

Maybe, you should be presenting that here, asking for help on developing your strategies, then posting about it under the Classifieds Forum to solicit for investors?
