Where to learn!

I've been researching where to learn about real estate. Some websites that I came across include meetup.com and alanfaitel.com. Meetup.com has plenty of forums like this one where you can introduce yourself in various groups. It's free to start, Alanfaitel.com is resource for a way to get into the field in a more personal way. Hiring a coach may be the right path for many people. Mr. Faitel's website indicates a free phone call for initial consultations. When it comes to knowledge, it doesn't get much better than free knowledge! Every small business that carries expertise and value in a field won't end up 100% free, but for future investors that are serious about expanding without having to worry about being gouged from the start (I was once quoted $500 for a 1st call with an attorney), being pointed in the right direction can make all the difference.
