Market analysis question
Hello-
When realtors do a market analysis, do they look at the most comparable, recently sold homes (e.g., sold within the past 6 months) or do they look at only those sold within the last 1-2 years? Trying to understand as the comps I was provided are all sold between 7 months and two years ago and don’t seem to have like finishes. What am I missing? Thank you!
