Learning brrrr first hand

First off, thank you to everyone in this community. I’ve learned a lot just reading through posts here.

I currently own a few rental properties and have done some smaller projects, but I’m looking to grow and improve my process. I’d really like to connect with someone experienced who would be willing to share how they handle deals from start to finish — how you analyze opportunities, organize everything, structure financing, manage timelines, and execute once you find a deal.

I’m not looking to take from anyone or ask to be part of your deals unless that’s something you’d be interested in. I do have capital and I’m willing to bring value where I can. More than anything, I’m looking for guidance and to learn from people who have already built systems that work.
