Financing on a 4 unit fully occupied
I stumbled across a 4 unit that is fully occupied with tenants. I have never invested before and my original plan was to find a 4 unit with a vacancy so I could use it as a residency when I finance. I am not sure how to go about getting a loan for a property you will not be occupying. Is this commercial or what types of loans can you get for this?
