Hi everyone, I've done fix-and-flips in Los Angeles but have been stalled for seven months and am looking to connect with investors, wholesalers, and partners to source my next deal (I have $700K purchasing power), since most wholesale leads from Aq'cuired, Fair Trade, New Western, and Prophet Homes are junk or lack sufficient spread; any suggestions or connections would be greatly appreciated.
