Hey everyone, I am just looking to get some feedback from an area in Dayton, Ohio that I have been presented a partnership on a deal. I am not too familiar with the market but as I do my research I think getting some feedback from some of the investors and wholesalers in the market could help me figure out if this deal is worth getting into. I don't want to find myself in an area of town that Is a war zone and could pose huge problems for me in the near future. The area in which I am looking into right now is in the zip code 45402. Also if there are any areas that you guys suggest to look into please leave me with those suggestions also. Thanks for the help ahead of time! Terone Johnson

Street names will be a better way to help you out.  Actually blocks as well.  Dayton is crazy in the sense that different blocks on the same street will be valued differently.

45402 is a big zip code.  It has some good areas and so bad areas.  It also has one one the highest number of vacant properties in the Dayton area.  Let me know if you need more help.
