Seasonal Condo Success?

Has anyone had success buying holding and renting out seasonal condos? What have been your major challenges and/or successes?

We do a lot of VRBO or AirBnb here in Southern Utah as well.  We have areas that are zoned for vacation or nightly rentals and people do really well with them.  I have clients who mange them themselves.  I just hook them up with a cleaning service and they're set.
