Where can I lend my money?

I have a few hundred thousand dollars I’m looking to safely loan on short term loans 1-12 months at 8-15% are there any recommendations?

Local REIA meetups and facebook groups would be a good place to fish for folks needing hard money moneys.  If you decide to do longer duration loans then you could loan to nearly any type of investor (not simply hard money lendees).
