Co-Working space

I have a friend that is just starting this process here in Charleston.

I wanted to see if there was anyone out there that has had success with co-working space. It seems like with the right concept, this model could generate some good money.

I've got a couple of ideas, but I wanted to see if someone else has already perfected the concept and wouldn't mind giving me some insight on the process.

Thanks

@Corey Potts we use Cobot as a space mgmt tool. Your members can book offices all through a shared calendar. You can check the out cobot.me

We handle our billing, membership plans and all through there. Has been very efficient.
