Wholesaling a Motel Deal
Hey bigger pockets family. I got my first Motel/Commercial deal under contract. I'm wondering how are we able to find potential buyers, as I've only wholesaled residential, land and mobile homes. I've been looking and researching and haven't gotten much luck 😩
If anyone is buying motels in Texas please let me know also 😊
