Need help with deal underwriting / analysis?

I've been underwriting commercial deals for 7+ years and really enjoy doing it. I am thinking of doing "consulting" on an ad hoc basis but feel like I need to do my first couple for free to build some referrals / reviews. Let me know if I can help.
