Hoa forclosure

Hi everyone Please help The Hoa got a final judgment and take the property to the auction the Hoa was the plantiff !!! The owner ,the first mortgage and the second mortgage was the defendants Is it mean that everybody's in the suit and the mortgages would be gone after I purchased the property couldn't understand the right answer

I couldn't have been any more clear, I even gave you the exact specifics on the exact HOA foreclosure you purchased. The home has WELL over $500,000.00 in outstanding debt that would have to be satisfied in order to gain clear title.

PLEASE EVERYONE take this as a lesson, LEAVE HOA LET ALONE ALL FORECLOSURE AUCTION PURCHASES TO THE PROFESSIONALS.
