I found a house that I need to find who owns it. I have the name but no listed phone number. What I'm most concerned about is one finding a cash buyer Asap and two how does the pre-foreclosure get handled on our end as far as offer? Please email me or respond. I am new here!

Please leave the preforeclosures alone.  The last thing an owner in foreclosure needs is a newbie wholesaler tying up their property with a contract, not being able to flip it and walking away when they have no time to sell it to a real buyer.
