I bought my first property a year ago, condo in las vegas. I am ready to buy another one, but I am leaning more towards duplex out of state some where in Florida. Is right now a good time to buy?

I have a good amount of cash in my accounts. However I am a cocktail server here in Vegas and have difficulty getting approved sometimes for loans due to my tips being a big part of my income.

Any tips reccomendations would be appreciated.

 Hi Alexis,

Why Florida? Have you considered Ohio? Here are some states and trends for Columbus https://learn.roofstock.com/bl...

We also have a TON of huge corporations here like Amazon, Intel, The Limited, Chipotle, and more. These huge companies pay people to research different markets, populations, and estimated growths. There is a reason all of these companies are choosing to set up shop here.

The price to rent ratio makes for great investments. Not to mention our appreciation has been 8% higher then the US national average, because of the high demand for affordable housing.

Just thought I would throw out another option.
