Section 8 acquisition investment

Hello , I am new in these forum. I was lookigg to buy some investment in s8 properties with s8 acquisition. Want to know how is these S8 acquisition company , are they legit and people working on social networking are really promoting company with s8 acquisition is it really true. Help me to get right  decision . Thanks

I believe you’re talking about the company s8aquisitions and the name is misleading aquisition is a small piece of what they are offering. The people responding are just assuming you don’t know what section 8 is or it’s only about aquisition because of the name.

They are offering turnkey management along with the aquisition. That’s the real value.

The red flag is they claim 20-30% cash on cash when most people see 6-14%

Also they want 10-15k up front before you even purchase a property.

I’ve been flirting with it but I’m countering with offers like put the fees in the closing costs instead of upfront. I don’t think I’m gonna give them my business because of this. It’s unfortunate because I like them but property management can be gotten elsewhere 🤷🏻‍♂️
