Looking for first deal

Gregory Peeplez
Posted

We are looking to make our first deal as an owner and passive investor of a duplex, triplex or four plex. We have two entities located in two states, an LLC and a holding company. Our target price of the investment is between 150k and 450k for new construction or year 1985 to 2025.

@Gregory Peeplez not sure where you got the idea that you could be an, "owner & passive investor"?

Yes you can hire a Proeprty Management Cmopany (PMC), but you will still have to, "Manage the manager" to avoid mistakes and worse.

This means reviewing your monthly management statements and questioning anything you  don't understand. Always assume the worst!

Where are you looking to invest?
