Multi-Family Courses or Coaches?

Question

If you've taken a multi-family investment online course or have hired a coach - I'd love to hear about anyone you recommend (or don't recommend).

I'm a first time investor and eager to sift through the fake information online to find genuine, accurate, helpful information.

I'm open to your beginner friendly or step-by-step courses or coach recommendations.

@Kate Luna Are you looking to invest your own capital in small multifamily deals and simply need help understanding the process, or are you interested in pursuing the syndication route where you raise capital and make larger acquisitions?

I can’t really offer recommendations for assistance with small multifamily purchases. In most cases, a competent real estate agent, a solid banking partner, and a thorough inspector should be sufficient.

If you’re considering the syndication education route, I should be upfront that I’ve been fairly outspoken about my views on that model. In my experience, it is often presented in a way that is misleading and overly simplistic, particularly for newer investors. Also relies on deceptive capital raising practices.
