Quick question out of curiosity (and to spark a good discussion).

In General or in your specific U.S. multifamily commercial real estate market in 2026, what do you think is the most in-demand skill or value that investors are looking for today?

Is it mainly:

1. The ability to find truly great deals (off-market or undervalued opportunities)
2. Finding a good GP that executes value-add projects efficiently (managing renovations, staying on budget for profitable turnovers)
3. The ability to raise capital quickly to close deals
4. Or something else you see as the most critical right now?
