Split a Duplex

Have you split a side-by-side duplex into 2 townhomes? If so, how much did it cost, how long did it take, and what did it entail? I have a duplex in Allegheny County. The duplex is worth around $250 and the separate townhomes should go for $150-160k each. The duplex is on a street with dozens of the exact same duplex so I have very strong comp data on the duplex and townhomes as some of those duplexes are split and some are whole. I'm looking to exit and if it's not too much trouble to split it then that's what I would like to do. Thank you.
