Looking for aspiring multifamily investors to form a mastermind/partnership group

Hi everyone, 

I am looking to take the plunge into multifamily real estate investing in Georgia and want to form a small, dedicated group of fellow investors to take the first steps together. The goal is to hold each other accountable, share knowledge, analyze deals, and potentially partner up on a purchase when we find the right opportunity.

A little about me:

• My Experience: I have 2 single family homes and 2 commercial retail units(partnership)
• My Strategy: Looking at  5–20 units syndications or joint ventures.
• Target Markets: Initially looking in Georgia/Tennessee markets 

I am looking for 3 to 5 like-minded people who are serious about taking action. Specifically, I’d love to connect with people who can bring different strengths to the table (e.g., deal finding, underwriting/numbers, or construction/property management background).
