Hello

I am interested in additional training and was curious if someone out there has a coach or mentor who helped you become successful...

Any advice and help is apprecieated..

Thanks

Jeff

Jeez, these days, the question is more like, "Who DOESN'T offer training and coaching?" Many of the book authors listed in my post about multifamily books here seem to offer coaching. Many of the authors are also podcasters and share much of their knowledge on those.

I like author Craig Haskell's  http://www.valuehoundacademy.com/public/department...

I also like author Lance Edwards, http://www.apartmentwealthinfo.com/

Author Theresa Bradley Banta offers http://theresabradleybanta.com/real-estate-mentori...

The Michael Blank offers http://www.ultimateapartmentinvestingguide.com/

Jake and Gino offer https://jakeandgino.mykajabi.com/store

http://www.multifamilypartner.com/the-most-powerfu... looks interesting.

Because he's a lawyer, I'd be tempted by Charles Dobens' Multifamily Investing Academy. https://www.multifamilyinvestingacademy.com/

"The Google" turned up http://www.multifamilypartner.com/the-most-powerfu...

and Chris Urso has http://www.eliteapartmentcoaching.com/

In the end, reading the books I mentioned in my other post should get you 80% there in the education dept. If you want mentoring/coaching, then any of the authors should be able to help....or just meet a MF investor in your local REIA and ask him or her to help you. Personally, I think $300 is all training/coaching is worth...any more than that, and I think you are wasting your money or you are just too lazy to read the books, watch the videos, and listen to the podcasts.
