Submetering in Cincinnati
Is anyone sub metering small multi-family in the greater Cincinnati area? Or possibly using RUBS?
Anyone just doing an additional flat fee? Was curious if any duplex, triplex or 4-pled owners have had any success lowering cost with this? I'd like to make this move but worry about the reaction. I'm willing to drop rent if tenants will pick up H20. Seems the trend is that most just include water in neighborhoods around the city. Any feedback is appreciated! Just trying to get a lay of the land on this subject.
