Good afternoon,
Was looking to potentially join the Jake and Gino Elite Academy, Jake Stenziano and Gino Barbaro. Have heard a lot of good things about these guys. Just wanted to do my due diligence before diving in. Was looking to see if anyone has gone through their program. If so, what were the things you benefitted the most from? Least?
The only way a product or academy is worth the money is if the individual sees it as an investment and not a cost.
You are both extremely intelligent and driven. The favorite part of our group is the private FB group and the community itself, a bunch of amazing investors all willing to share their wins, successes as well as their shortcomings to help each other. I learn just as much from the community as they learn from us.
Another important point to consider. We are still buying in this market and will continue. Education is not our core business but an offshoot. You have heard me talk about multifaceted Multifamily. You can't teach if you are not doing.
Thanks for the lively discussion and pointed input, it's much appreciated. There has been some pushback and that's fair yet at the same time I believe it's also fair for someone to have a good idea of what they are buying and what the alternatives are before they commit to an investment in themselves through one of these programs.

@Account Closed how'd it go after joining the Academy? I'm jumping on my first call tomorrow with Nick to get the conversation going. Highly considering taking this thing to the next level and highly motivated to have them help me get there. What have you seen so far since joining, if you did?

@Jamie Garcia look back on the first page and I gave a review of the success I've had thus far with the academy. Was one of the best decisions I've made.

@Account ClosedCan anyone who hasn't done a deal prior to joining the program talk about their first deal and how long did it take to do it? What would you say about the program impacted you a lot when purchasing your first deal?

did you try that? (check out the success Tab) there are many students including myself that if it wasn't to the education in the academy the successes would have taken much longer.
Also the Movers and Shakers Videos/ Podcast are answers to the above!!
The key for success is not to just do the education and hope it would happen, The Key is to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
