Looking for a good book on investing in apartment building?

Question

Hello, I have read many of the basic books on real estate investing, but I am looking for a book that goes deep into investing in multi family apartment buildings? Larger than 4 units but not a good about large 50+ unit buildings. Thanks for reading! I am looking forward to your responses,

2. Emerging Markets & Multifamily Millions by Dave Lindahl

3. Crushing it in Apartments by Brian Murray

4. Wheel Barrow Profits by Jake and Gino

5. Financial Freedom w/ Real Estate Investing by Michael Blanks

@Lucas Miller thanks! And great point, one of the most important things I hear about is taking action. I currently own a duplex but am trying to grown exponentially. I am waiting to graduate college this May and show more income to qualify for financing, I will definitely reach out in the future!

Hi Anthony,

If you want something that's not a pie in the sky click bait title book maybe think about

Multifamily Housing: A Comprehensive Guide for Investors, Developers, Apartment Professionals, Suppliers and Students.

It's by the National Apartment Association, and while not an investment advisory hoopla rah rah type book, it does provide a lot of insight into the industry.

Also, it's not cheap.
