32 Unit Multiplex Analysis

Mihaela Moraru
Posted

How much should I offer for a 32 Unit multiplex -16 one bdr and 16 two bdrs that rent for $895 and $995 per month?

How can I find an investor for the down payment. I already own 3 condos and according to Grant Cardone the minimum number of units to buy is 32.

Thank you to anyone who replies.

@Mihaela Moraru You should buy a few of Grant's books or systems on executing some of the strategies he discusses, he spells it all out for you, if you want to duplicate his efforts you may want to go further into his teachings attend his conferences etc. For forum posts you'll need to provide more specifics in order to get the answers you seek.
