Lords Valley PA new construction financing

Hello I need new construction financing for two lots in a booming subdivision in Lords Valley PA. The utilities are already connected and comps are solid. The lots are owned free and clear so the loan would only be for the construction. Construction costs are around 300K and the comps are at 500K plus.
