Tear down lot - Palm Beach County

I’m looking to connect with someone experienced in tear-downs in Palm Beach County. I currently have a property under contract on the Intracoastal in Palm Beach Gardens, but waterfront deals aren’t typically my focus—I usually work with lower-valued single-family homes.
