Cost to build
Hey locals. Wondering if anyone can estimate cost to build in the suburbs of Greenville. Easley, Taylors, Greer type areas. Not sure how many GCs are on here or investors who chose to build. In my area of NY it's cheaper to build with a local GC than to buy a same sized house that needs tons of work. Thanks for any info!!
