How much does lot shape matter to you?

One thing I’ve noticed is that some investors immediately pass on irregularly shaped lots, while others see opportunity if the pricing is right. I’m currently working with a lot in Atlanta that sparked this conversation for me. At what point does lot shape become a dealbreaker for you?
