Developing storage facilities with Shipping Containers...

I have been researching and planning on developing a storage facilities that uses shipping containers as the storage, Im looking for some input on what people think about this idea?

It's not the "walking over" that would concern me, it's the "rolling over" with dollies, carts, and other heavy items. I would design some kind of ramp, either a permanent concrete slope on the ground that butts up next to the storage containers or a more portable ramp that can be moved from container to container.
