Looking for an agent who works with investors in Orlando!

Hi all! I am looking to buy my first rental property in the Orlando area and am seeking an agent to help me with the process. I am not very familiar with the city and what areas are best for rental property. My budget is 350k and am ideally looking for a fixer upper home 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Any agents that would be interested in helping out please let me know!!
