Commercial RE Coach/mentor wanted.

I am looking for a coach/mentor that has significant commercial experience in the Austin, TX area. I have a RE license and very good familiarity with the residential side of the biz and building/construction, but would like to bounce some ideas and get help developing a course of action on a commercial property that I own, whether it is a sale or BTS lease, pricing strategy etc. I imagine it’d be a quick and decisive discussion, mostly a sanity check here and there.
