"Subject To" Opportunity

I have an opportunity to pick up a property "subject to".  I need someone to handle paperwork and closing for me in Arkansas.  Will a title company handle those closings, or should I seek an attorney.  Anyone know someone in Arkansas that could lend me a hand?
