Non-Profit Real Estate Acquisition and Development!
Good afternoon everyone! we’re hoping we can get some suggestions on property development and acquisition for our Non-Profit.
We provide housing for Homeless and Addicted people in underserved communities, and in an attempt to revitalize our Downtown area, and expand our Program (part of it is home ownership and entrepreneurship) we need to be able to buy adjudicated properties, or have them donated, then have the finances to redevelop and repair them.
Does anyone have suggestions or experience in this area? We are looking at maybe asking hard money lenders or private money lenders if they’d want to come on as strategic partners, but we need suggestions.
