Former shed now Micro Studio

Hello,

Is it worth paying $159,000 for a 128 sqft micro studio in a tourist beach community, for a Summer rental? I'm having a hard time swallowing the price for a very expensive tool box! But if some of you professional investors feel it's worth it, then I just might reconsider and take the leap! Thank you
