Occupied tax foreclosure
Any tips on how I can get a look inside an occupied foreclosure. It’s a 1990 3/2 1770 sqft mobile home on .45 acre lot. The roof, exterior and back deck seem to be in good condition but I can’t get inside since there’s someone always there. The owner died a long time ago but someone is living in it and is always home.
