Finding private investors

Matthew Cline
Posted

I bought my first property in October last year and fixed it up/ increased rent and value and it’s going great. Now my goal is to scale and buy many more, but struggling with fundraising to be able to scale. If anyone has tips and tricks for finding private investors please share them with me.
thanks!

I'd recommend going to real estate meetups and networking with people with private money. I'd look for people with IRAs or idle cash. Note investing in IRAs is tax deferred or tax free with a self directed Ira/self directed 401k. Continue posting your journey and remember to be as authentic as possible.
