no, haven't used them and can't speak to them.

but i'd find someone local you can work with in person.

you don't need to shop the whole planet just to get a slightly lower rate - it's worth paying a little more to know your lender.  if a deal is so thin that it's sunk by the hard money loan then it's not a good deal in the first place.
