Hi All,

I am looking into acquiring a property in the Memphis, TN market and I am trying to determine the best source/tool to research crime data. Does anyone have any suggestions? 

Also, any thoughts on the Memphis market would be greatly appreciated!

@Julie Ferioli: As many above have noted, local  boots on the ground knowledge is best. In addition to the sites above, I'd add spotcrime com. Last but certainly not least, Doug and Dean from Crestcore Real Estate have a great podcast focused on Memphis (Investor's Guide To Memphis Real Estate) where they do annual review by zip code.
