New construction terms, bank recommendations.
Hello guys, I am currently building SFH's in Kentucky, but have decided to switch gears and move my business down to Middle Tennessee. I am curious to know what loan terms you guys are getting (down payment, interest, length, and when those interest payments are due), and which banks are you guys using. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
