What is the best direction I should head to become a successful flipper and investor?

I’m 22 years old out of Atlanta, GA. My plan for 2026 is to invest into my first real estate property. I bring in around 5k a month working concrete construction, I go to a lot of new real estate being built around North Georgia. I want to get into house flipping I know a couple of contractors personally that can help but Im very new to everything else that comes with it. I also want to network and meet some mentors that can help me along this journey.
