Hi,

I need advice. I am moving my multifamily to my LLC. I am refinancing the property to my LLC. What type of property insurance do I need? Do I need property insurance, liability insurance or both? I am currently paying 2,600 annually because the property is under my name> However they want to charge me 6,000 for liability and property insurance if I move it to my LLC. I am new please someone help me

Thank you
