Coffee in South Austin
Hi everyone,
I’m looking to connect with fellow investors and developers here in the Austin area. With a bit of space in my current schedule, I’d enjoy meeting up for coffee to discuss the industry and share insights with those looking to scale or enter the market.
To give you some background: I am an architect and developer with 20 years of experience. My experience includes:
- Commercial Development: Consulting on over 1.5 million sq. ft. of senior housing and self-storage facilities.
- Residential: Built and sold multiple single-family homes. Used the BRRRR method with success and I have a few active rentals.
- Active Projects: Currently a developer for a 20-acre RV park in San Antonio and a self storage facility in California.
- Passive Investing: Limited Partner in several syndication deals.
I’m not looking for formal mentorship roles at this time, but I’ve learned plenty of "hard lessons" over two decades and enjoy talking shop with like-minded people. If you’re in the Austin area and want to grab a coffee to talk real estate, feel free to reach out.
