Young Hungry Real Estate Investor looking for mentor
Hi all, my name is Kam and I'm a real estate investor on the younger side (24) and am looking for real estate groups or ideally an experienced mentor in the Atlanta Area. I currently have two properties generating 90k a year in rental income and about 2.5k a month in cash flow using the co-living model. Professional I am a Senior Sales Engineer, but Real Estate is my passion and am looking to make this a career in the next 10 years. I am looking for a mentor to help take my business to the next level. Please comment any real estate groups around the Atlanta area or if someone is willing to mentor me I can add value to their real estate business through managing properties/helping for the chance to learn.

Nice work, @Kameron Schreffler, those are solid numbers. Atlanta has a strong investor community, so I'd suggest starting with local REI meetups and landlord associations and showing up regularly. Mentorship often grows out of working alongside experienced investors, and your co-living and professional background give you a lot to offer. Keep building relationships and opportunities will follow.
