Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing well.

I’m currently exploring the idea of investing in new construction properties and would like to get your opinion on whether this is a good investment strategy at the moment.

Additionally, do you know of any construction companies with a strong reputation and solid experience, either at a national or local level, that you would recommend for investment purposes?

If anyone is interested or willing to share insights, recommendations, or personal experiences, I would greatly appreciate it.
