Florida land trusts are pretty simple to create; you just need the document, a beneficiary, a trustee, and a couple of witnesses. DM me and I can send you our land trust agreement.

Florida land trusts are solid for privacy but honestly the multistate LLC piece gets tricky with operating agreements and tax elections. Most attorneys miss the nuances between series LLCs vs holding companies. Are you looking at this for asset protection or more for operational flexibility across state lines?
