Hello to all! Is there any Florida investors willing to send some friendly advice on investing into these areas or surrounding parts of the beautiful Gulf side of the state. I would love to hear some advice as I am planning a trip out there to look for my next opportunity.

Have you given any thought to what strategy you want to utilize over there? From purely an investor standpoint, you want to connect with an investor friendly realtor who also has a portfolio of their own. When I think of Pinellas county, I think of @Josh Green as the most knowledgable investor realtor there.
