Looking for a Mentor/Partner — Ready to Build a Cottage Rental Community

Anna Plasko
Posted

Hi everyone, I’m new to real estate investing, but I’m serious about building something long-term. My big vision is to create a small community of cottages or rental homes — something intentional, profitable, and scalable. Right now, what I’m really looking for is guidance. I’d love to connect with an experienced investor who might be open to mentoring or potentially partnering. I don’t expect hand-holding — I’m ready to do the work. I just need someone who’s been there before and is willing to take a chance on someone with strong drive and a clear vision. I’m willing to: • Learn fast • Take action • Analyze deals • Do legwork • Bring value however I can If you were starting over, how would you position yourself to find the right mentor or partner? And for experienced investors — what would make you say yes to someone new? Appreciate any insight. I’m ready to build.
